Once you have decided on our services, an appointment will be made to inspect your property. The Vacant Land Appraisals  will be spend approximately a ½ hour gathering information about your property. After gathering all the pertinent details on your property, the appraiser will begin analyzing the neighborhood for market trends and metrics that will be utilized in the analysis. Ultimately this information will allow the appraiser to prepare and generate an appraisal report of your property.
